Our Expertise
Juergen Fenk is a highly experienced and successful international professional with over 30 years in the global real estate and financial sectors. He has a proven track record in management and leadership, and has demonstrated expertise in commercial real estate lending in both Europe and the US. Fenk has a history of success in commercial and residential investments and asset management, with a demonstrated ability to generate and complete transactions effectively. He has extensive experience in building, merging, managing, and growing private and public commercial real estate companies and banks, both domestically and internationally.
In addition to his skills in real estate, Fenk also has significant credit knowledge and extensive experience in the capital markets. He has a large network of contacts within the financial, commercial real estate, and venture capital industries in Europe and the US, which he has cultivated over the course of his career.
Fenk's specific areas of expertise include commercial real estate debt origination, structuring, and sale, as well as direct and indirect investment in commercial and residential real estate assets and companies. He has a successful track record in M&A in financial institutions, and has held senior management positions in global organizations.
